Stop for just a moment and reflect on what you are feeling, thinking about or identify with the role you are participating in. Is it a victim or savior? Is it anger or joy? Is it despair or resiliency? Is it apathy or compassion? That thought, feeling or emotion has surfaced whether you were aware of it or not. How can that be? Where did those thoughts, feelings and emotions come from?
Our Vibrational Energies
It comes from our mind. Our mind consists of a subconscious and conscious component. The subconscious is like a big computer that records everything from our senses, emotions, and feelings. It does not discriminate, it never stops and records everything through our senses whether or not we are consciously aware.
Our conscious mind receives information through our senses. It searches the subconscious to draw further information and then creates ideas, feelings, perceptions, emotions, beliefs and judgments in a logical and qualifying manner. The conscious mind, if actively aware, can upon receiving information make a determination that a particular input of an idea, thought, message, etc. be considered "not beneficial" and then tag them as inactive and not useful.
Just imagine in one day how much input we receive. Can you recall yesterday all that you experienced? As we go back further in time our conscious remembrances become less and less. We remember the significant, the traumatic and the drama. And yet, all the details we have experienced are recorded in our subconscious. Some moments may have been so horrific and painful that they are buried deeply in the subconscious and hidden from the conscious.
Information is passed on to us in our infancy and early childhood by our parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives and friends. All of it is recorded in our subconscious. So maybe we think that as adults that we are no longer affected by outside opinions. Think about the billboard messages that are passed on the way to work or the radio messages played in the car. Our eyes and ears caught it, but we were thinking about our next meeting, we didn’t notice but nonetheless the message was captured and written in our subconscious. If television commercials didn’t have any impact on society do you think corporate enterprises would foolishly spend millions of dollars on a 30 second television clip?
We have also been scripted with genetic coding programs from our parents and subsequently from their parents and their parents and so on. We can see this in our own or other family situations in which character traits, dispositions and physical attributes are clearly rooted. There are cultural and societal values that may be unspoken but are assimilated into us. Then there are the spoken values through media, government and religions. All of these values may not be consciously received but they are nevertheless captured by our subconscious mind. Again, we have the ability to change course, follow our own path and to reach our soul’s purpose.
There are other areas where we can receive programming input. One of these is from our Akashic Record. The Akashic Record stores everything our soul has experienced over millenniums. Did you ever encounter someone you have never met and somehow you felt some creepiness with this person or perhaps familiarity that you just can’t put your finger on? It is not uncommon for this to happen over lifetimes on this plane or other dimensions. Although the mind draws from the conscious and subconscious it can also draw from the information stored in the Akashic Record.
Many have studied the planetary and star alignments. The energies from the sun, moon, planets and stars affect our physical, emotional and spiritual beings. This has been known for years and used by astrologers for centuries. Again these blueprints or programming tendencies which have been imbued in us but do not mean that they cannot be changed. We are beings of light and we have the power to become whoever we want.
The figure below represents some of the inputs our subconscious and conscious mind receives and shares

How much of the time are we really present, that is consciously aware, of each second and each moment? Don’t we automatically slip into unconscious thinking? Thinking about past experiences or future events that takes us out of the conscious awareness. In truth, it is very difficult to be present 100 percent of the time. We can improve on our being more aware, but what stops us?
When we have received all the information we think we need we generally want to draw a conclusion. This conclusion becomes our new perception. The new perception does not always represent truth. It is just a new perception. It can be distorted by our beliefs or by not having all the information necessary to draw to a conclusion. These perceptions if not carefully guided can quickly turn into judgments and deeper beliefs. These beliefs and judgments played over and over again in our mind form programs. Negative programs that run in our head and played over and over again slow us down and prevent us from a fulfilling life. Not all programs are negative. Programs can be useful such as normal everyday functions, like running, driving, writing, etc. It would be very awkward to have to be consciously aware of every movement our body would have to make just to take a step.
Compulsive thinking which seems so natural, reinforces and builds these negative perceptions so that they appear real. This is where resentments, guilt, and shame take form and become huge barriers. Over time these negative thought patterns show up as physical ailments, emotional anger and depression.
While we all have become attached to these destructive patterns at one time or another. Sometimes we have identified with them so much that we forget what it is like to be without them. Many are living with this constant pain. Many do not want to deal with this and choose alcohol and or drugs to dampen their pain and remove it from their thoughts.
So in our lives we are daily confronted with problems of which we are consciously aware of. For instance, “she hit me”, “he lied to me”, and "my best friend hurt my feelings”. Others we may be puzzled, “Why am I feeling so depressed?”, “Why do I sabotage my relationships?”, “Why am I always so sick?”, “Why can’t I find a better job?”, “Why am I acting this way?”, “I feel so much pain”, etc.
Can we find answers to these questions? The answer is yes we can.
Healing Energies
So how can we raise our energies and get them attuned to the universe? Can we find balance in life?
The key to solving and removing our problems is that we must first become aware of what the problem is and its root. Many new technologies are springing up in order to help their clients to get the healing and understanding they need. One method of healing that I have found to be very effective is Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT). It was founded by Robert Detzler.
SRT is a powerful tool that identifies energies that are causing negative programs. Through SRT and other inspired methodologies getting to the root of pain, anxiety and discomfort can be done quite simply and quickly. High Self brings to our attention what energies are behind the problem and where they originated. In this new awareness we can ask our Higher Power to remove these negative energies. In many cases it is an important that we first become aware of what and why this is happening. In other instances, contemplation can be an effective tool to bring awareness and then to make the necessary adjustments and move forward.
Once the negative energies have been cleared, it is important that the healing, creative and receptive processes be activated. This can be achieved by declaring our intention with words, thoughts and feelings that contain emotion and passion. Then it is time to let go and let God figure it out and how it is going to work. We keep the positive thoughts and feelings doing what we can can and letting go of timeframe and expectations.
We can turn and look into any one of the four basic components in our life cycle and identify what healing modalities are necessary. By tuning into the God Within, the High Self, Divine Consciousness, etc. we can identify which areas are critical to our healing. These four components are called the Cycles of Life Experiences. They are:

Overview
The Law of Vibration states that everything (all energy) is in a state of motion or vibration. The frequency of the motion shows how fast or slow it is vibrating. Our whole being is vibrating. When our body is operating at optimal frequency we experience wholeness, health and vitality. It is when our vibration is lowered that we experience dis-ease, sickness and emotional distress.
We certainly can agree that the human being is a complex entity. Our DNA contains the blueprint for us to experience, create, and learn as much as we can in a lifetime. Sometimes we get stuck, experience pain and loss or maybe we get frustrated in trying to find answers that seem to elude us. It is my desire for healing to take place in your life. May the words and energy of this web site embrace you in serenity, inspiration and joy.
